John Mellencamp

An early age with music in love is a category John Mellencamp fits as he made to gigs in local bars considering a launched career by 1976. MCA records got a hold of his first album dubbed ‘The Chestnut Street Incident’.

John Mellencamp’s Greatest Hits became his first collection of all times in 2005. A corresponding summer tour came up for Australia and his career landmark came in in 2008 when he was inducted into the famous ‘Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame’.

The tour came out as a DVD consecrating a documentary dubbed ‘It’s About You’ as premiered at SXSW Film Festival. This is captured under the name ‘Nothing Like I Planned: The Art of John Mellencamp’.

Such have found their way into Butler Institute of American Art exhibition in the name of ‘The Paintings of John Mellencamp’. Art-Deland in Florida has been the latest display running through the new year before the same is passed on to Morris Museum of Art in Georgia starting January 17 up to April 12.

2015 is expected to see these exhibitions being explored even more in places like ACA Gallery in New York.
